Word of the week: Well-being

Now, every week, My Sherpa chooses a word to highlight, because it’s “trendy”. Because there needs to be an explanation, and, above all, because it echoes our values and principles.
Well-being

Today, focus on

« Well-being ».

 What is well-being at work?

The notion of well-being at work is a broader concept than the notions of physical and mental health. It refers to a general feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment in and through work.

Well-being emphasizes the personal and collective perception of situations and constraints in the professional sphere. The meaning of these realities has physical, psychological, emotional and psychosocial consequences for everyone and translates into a certain level of efficiency for the company.
