New organizational model and management system, the liberation of the company appeals by putting people at the center of its operation.

Isaac Getz and Brian M. Carney theorized practices and concepts observed in many companies through the book “Liberté & Cie: When the freedom of employees makes companies successful” published in 2012.

The principle of these organizations is to let the employees take individual initiatives rather than impose directives followed by controls. The basic premise is based on a climate of trust and employee recognition in which their skills can be fully expressed, if and only if they are granted complete freedom.
