Word of the week : Collective

Now, every week, My Sherpa chooses a word to highlight, because it’s “trendy”. Because there needs to be an explanation, and, above all, because it echoes our values and principles.

Today, focus on

« Collective ».

A collective is therefore defined as the meeting of several people, for a fixed or indefinite period. In an informal or contractual manner, formed for the purpose of pursuing one or more common objectives. Under the guidance of its members.

Duration is directly linked to the pursuit of objectives. The nature of which may be artistic, political, professional, moral or religious.

As the form is linked to a necessity, a distinction must be made between the informal group and the group with legal personality.

The collective to help overcome the Covid-19 crisis ? This is what we see day by day !
